i want to be able to play volleyball on the beach in a bikini. i don’t want my legs to jiggle. i want my stomach to be flat. i want to be able to work out in just a sports bra and shorts. i want people to notice my weight loss. i don’t want love handles. i want to look good. it’s not about wanting though, it’s about doing. work for your goals.

A lot of US anons (according to my tracker) often hassle me about the fact I say I’m a size 12 and saying that makes me ‘fat’. What they don’t realise is the differences in sizing! I started a US size 12 which is an Australian size 16 and am currently a US size 8 which is an Australian 12.
So I put together a chart to try and smooth out some of the confusion my US followers are having regarding Australian sizing. And since I have a fair few UK followers, I threw you guys in as well :)
None of these sizes make any sense compared to each other. What are they measuring?? I’m so confused.
Lol they’re jean sizes, have you never been shopping or..?
They don’t relate to each other because there is no international standard to sizes. Each country has its own sizing charts which don’t have to inter-relate at all.

i had gym today, and im doing this 100 calorie workout twice a dayy.. so im not doing too bad. i just eat a lot of food when i get home. plus i found out, without me being on the blog i dont do as welll…. so ya i need to be on more.

/if i keep on track, it should happen. i had a rough start to the week but im doing lots of weight lifting and im finally starting to see a change in my body. LAST EXAM TOMORROW. I GET OUT AT 10:30. :D going to the gym twiiiiiice. once at like noon, then again at 4. so i can makeup for the week. lololol. probably one part for strength stuff and then another for cardio.(‘:
i have my orthodontist appt thursday. and then im going to dicks sporting goods… TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO I CAN BUY MY TICKET FOR ONE DIRECION..
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP. if only i knew how to add a GIF.. that’d be perfect.(; but yeah. super excited<3. ive got a plan, get up at like 6am tomorrow, then eat my cereal for about 200. go to school, then come home. eat some yogurt for 100 calories, then go to the gym and drink 2 water bottles. come home, chill on tumblr for a while and get my stuff organized for school next tuesdayy (im reall excited xxx) so yeah. :) then dinner i’ll have some more yogurt and go to my dads..
so i’ll have about 400… and then im drinking the rest in my juice.. since i need 3 freaking servings a day… plus i need to catch up on my days so im doing that tomorrow.. -___-” 50 calories a glass of 8oz (aka a serving) so i need 24oz a day. so each day i need to drink 150 calories worth of it a day. so i’ll need 450 calories worth of juice…
SO MUCH MATH.. FJLSKDFJLSKJFLKSDF. geometry exam tomorrow, super nervous. /: gr. not doing anything all weekend. :D WHOOP. lol, jk. im going bowling sometime… so yeah. askk me stuff, please?
